Q: REFUND NOT SHOWN ON MY ITUNES

I refunded a movie I accidentally purchased and I got an email saying that refund has been applied to my account but my iTunes gift card amount is still the same as it was before the purchase was refunded. Anyone know why?

    How long ago did you get the refund email ? If it's been longer than 48 hours then have you tried logging out and back into your iTunes account on the computer/device that you are using and seeing if your balance then shows the updated amount ? If it doesn't then try contacting iTunes Support again (and if you have a case number include that).

    It's been about 5 hours (i'm impatient) and yes i've logged in and out multiple times.
