Error 1600 when trying to restore Apple TV (3rd Gen)

I woke up the morning to find my apple TV (third generation) which i have only owned for 2 weeks not working at all just a blinking light. I am trying to restore on my iMac (late 2013) and continue to get error message (1600) I have tried 2 different cables and tried everything and am pulling my hair out as my app tv is useless.

Please help
