Turn off UK Holidays in Calender - IOS 7.1

Is there a way to turn off UK Holidays to stop them showing in Calender of the new IOS (7.1) update?

In the calendar app

Tap calendars

Uncheck holidays

Unsubscribe from the UM hi days calendar in Settings > Mail,Contacts,calendars.

Holidays calendar is not built into the app.

So you still want to subscribe to them but just not view them all the time?
