New Photo Stream pics won't appear on PC.

When I add photos to my photo stream from my iphone they appear on my other devices (Ipad, Iphone) in the photo stream but not on my PC. My older photos on icloud are on my PC in the photo stream so I'm definitely logged on and signed in with the correct apple id but new photos I take won't appear. I've tried rebooting the computer and reinstalling the Icloud app but nothing changes. Any ideas?
