Why not possible to watch AxessTV on Apple TV?

if it's not on the list

then the only way you can is by airplay mirror from an ios device (if the site does not use flash)
or an osx device if supported http://support.apple.com/kb/ht5404
if it's a windows box or older mac the program airparrot maybe able to do it
