What to do when you can't get into your iPhone 5s?

I'm having a major problem with my iPhone. When I turn my iPhone on to the lock screen, I can't access anything. When I try to enter in my passcode, it won't even type. I've been trying to get into my device all day, but it seems like the screen doesn't react to my touch anymore. I can't slide to unlock, enter in my passcode, or turn off my phone to restart it. I used to be able to use my Touch ID to get to the home screen, but I can't anymore because it says "Enter Passcode to enable Touch ID". When I was able to, though, I couldn't even get into any apps or slide the screen to the next page of apps. I think it's damaged and I just got it a few months ago! What do I do?
