Ipad2 cant connect to the internet I have unpluged the router,reset ipad,reset main computer. I have strong wifi signal. this all happened after buying a new cover for ipad i heard it clicking on

Help with Ipad2 problem-Safari could not open the page because the server stopped responding. I have a strong Wi-Fi connection. And my other computer

allinone which is in another room from the router is working fine.I have reset the ipad Network setting, unpluged the router, reset the main computer. Still will not connet to the internet??Two new things new Ipad cover, which if you turn it the wrong way it clicks the ipad on and off by its selfI heard it making the noise and

realized what had happened. All so just installed Cromecast-Netflicks could any of these things be a problem??

Try clearing all Safari information via the steps below and attempt to access the website again.


Follow these steps to clear information from your device:

  • To clear your history from Safari, tap Settings > Safari > Clear History.
  • To clear all cookies from Safari, tap Settings > Safari > Clear Cookies and Data.
  • To clear other stored information from Safari, tap Advanced > Website Data > Remove All Website Data.

If the issue persists, I would need a little more information to better assist you. Are you able to use the internet on other applications? If not please reply back and I will attempt to provide some troubleshooting solutions.
