If you mean a duplicate receipt for the purchase of the phone then where did you buy it ? If from Apple does it show on your account on the online store ?

What do you mean 'bill with imei number' ? Do you mean the receipt for the purchase of the actual device ? Or your iTunes account's purchase history (purchase history is linked to an iTunes account) ?

I'm not entirely sure what you are asking, but you can only view your account's full purchase history via your computer's iTunes : log into your account on your computer's iTunes via the Store > View Account menu option, you should then see a Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it. Click on that and you should then see a list of your purchases.

On an iPhone you can conly view a cut-down version (the last 90 days) of an account's purchase history via http://reportaproblem.apple.com

You can't see what device/computer bought an item.

Or if you are asking for a copy of the invoice for the purchase of your iPhone, you will need to contact the store from which you purchased the phone.
