Browser Malware, Help?

I do have a slight problem... I am fairly new to my Mac, and I'm still trying to figure out the software. But, silly me, I've been downloading games from UTorrent, off of google, and I think I downloaded something without a license and its definitely malware.. and its not showing any signs of being on my computer, but its on my browsers putting ads all over Safari and Chrome. Especially with youtube its mega slow and just covers the sites in ads.. I'm getting pretty annoyed with this and have been looking for answers ..

Download and run the free EtreCheck and post the content of its report here - hopefully it'll reveal what you've unwittingly installed and someone should be able to advise on how to remove it:

Okay, third party support links are obviously bad, and I've been trying to search and uninstall them from my mac, I have no idea, any suggestions?
