Why did my Pinch-to-Zoom stop working on Safari last week?

My pinch-to-zoom stopped working in Safari last week (March 27, 2014). I have not had a problem before, but it just stopped. I am running a MBP with Mavericks.

I have checked the trackpad settings in Preferences, and it is set correctly. I have checked Safari settings also.

Any advice? Thanks.
