Q: Unlocking 4s from orange

Got email from orange saying how to unlock 4s but can't find the restore button to do this says its at bottom of itunes page !! I have got the latest iTunes it says 11.1.5 can anyone help me please

It should come up automatically. If not, restore the iPhone per the instructions you'll find by clicking the link in the item titled "1. Restore your iPhone".
