error = 3150? ALWAYS happens just before TV show finishes loading?!

This KEEPS happening! I pay for data used with my provider, ensuring I have plenty to cover an iTunes download, purchase TV show episode from iTunes. Start download get ALMOST to end, using considerable data, then iTunes inexplicably quits, shows "error =3150" AND adding expensive insult to injury, I then find that the 479.6 MB of 589.5 MB of data I've had to pay to use is NoWHERE to be found/watched.

Press Release from the Obvious Desk, iTunes: Not all of your customers are rich and will take being repeatedly screwed out of their hard-earned money. Unless this gets fixed this time without it costing me more data -I am THROUGH with iTunes.
