I bought movies off iTunes and they take up to many space so i was wondering how can i import them to my laptop ?

You can even stream your iTunes purchases to your iPod touch after deleting them off your device. Just verify “Show All Videos” is turned on in Settings > Videos. You can find the steps in the iPhone User Guide (I understand you are using an iPod touch, but the steps are the same for both devices):
