    Hi teresaparker,

Thanks for visiting Apple Support Communities.

In Mavericks, notes from iCloud and other Internet accounts appear in the Notes app.

I have the Notes App, however my notes are not appearing there except the ones I type directly into that app and then, they don't appear on my ipad or iphone. Neither do my ipad or iphone notes appear on the app.

Any notes I type into the Notes app appear only there. They do not even appear in icloud.com notes.

    Suggestions?

It appears the Notes App is disconnected from ... the world!

    Hi teresaparker,

Thanks for visiting Apple Support Communities.

It sounds like Notes may not be enabled in the iCloud preferences on your Mac. To verify, choose Apple menu > System Preferences, then click iCloud.

Select the Notes checkbox if it's not already checked.
