Q: I need help with my music and past downloads!!??

My device says that i cant download my old songs for 62 days and i havent used any other account on my device, when i just downloaded a new song which didnt work i stopped and started the download and it said i couldnt download it because of a 62 day ban which is excessive because all i wanted was a new song. This is a growing concern as i have to wait now 2 months to get a new song someone help!!?!??

Yes, you have to wait in order to redownload. See:

I just spoke to tech support online for about an hour and a half and i am able to download my stuff thanks to their advisors who were able to lift the out of the blue ban. Thanks for the suggested help though. :)
