Is there a way to install Win7 on a Macbook Late 2008 modeal without a cd?

MacBook, Mac OS 9.2.x

No. It says please insert Win7 DVD or something like that.

You need a Windows install disc. Same as Win7 DVD.

Or VMWare > VMware Fusion 6

Or Parallels > ViParallels
