.mov won't play video.

Hi there. I'm trying to play a .mov using Quicktime 7.6.6 on a Mac running OS X 10.6.8. I get audio but no video. The inspector says the Codecs for the files are "MPEG-2 Video, Linear PCM, Timecode".

I don't know what I need to do here to get the videos to play correctly. Any suggestions?

iMac/Macbook Pro, Mac OS X (10.6.2)

In order to play MPEG-2 QuickTime Player needs additional software that is sold at the Apple Store.
