Batterylife

Could my battery charge be effected if I left my phone dead for 2 weeks? I have a 1 and a half month old iPhone 5s. I have tried hard restarting it, closing apps, and even letting it die and letting it go back to 100 percent. I run just Social apps and my phone dies in 3 hours from 100 to 0 percent
