How to push an Outlook Exchange calendar to my iCloud calendar?

I couldn't find a thread on how to do this, so any help would be appreciated!

I use my Outlook Exchange calendar (on a corporate PC) extensively. I want to be able to access that calendar on my iPhone, but that would require me to "relinquish" control of my phone to the corporation and let them install all their Big Brother programs on it. Does anyone know how I can setup my PC to push my Outlook calendar to iCloud (or another option) where I can then setup that calendar on my phone so everything syncs automatically & behind the scenes?

I was using a Google Calendar and their Google Calendar Sync program, but now it's getting all the times when syncing...
