Q: My iphone 4s will not connect to the internet except with wifi

Try turning Airplane Mode off and on, or powering your iPhone off and on and/or a reset which is similar to a computer restart.

If no change after that, try resetting network settings on your iPhone.

If no change after that, contact your carrier.
