Why can´t i get an appoiment in Miami´s Genius Bar?

The Genius Bar reservation system on line, as far as I can tell, has been reconfigured to make it virtually impossible to actually make a reservation. It will redirect you anywhere and everywhere it can other than the appointment calendar at my local store. Steve Jobs is spinning in his grave.

what country are you logged in with in your ID in itunes & app store? When you try to make the online booking I assume you are on the coorect apple site for your country
