Q: bluetooth not getting connected with iphone 5s

I am unable to connect my iPhone 5s with iMAC (late 2013). Upon pairing, it says gives the code but then it says that cannot connect and check network access is enabled.

Can you please help?

The supported Bluetooth profiles for iOS devices are http://support.apple.com/kb/HT3647 which says you cannot pair an iOS device with a computer.

Thanks for the reply Ralph. Are you saying that I cannot connect my iPhone 5s with iMac via bluetooth?

That is correct. The iOS devices can only be connected with devices that meet those profiles in that knowledge base article.
