Issues with Iphone 4s with ios7 update

Hi, I have updated my Iphone4 with IOS7 update and ever since this has happened, I am not receiving messages from a certain few people. Some messages are coming through from other people but not from some.... Very frustrating. Can anyone tell me if I need to press any certain buttons in the settings ?
