bought an app but says i haven't??

So, i bought Bioshock 2 yesterday from the app store, and money went out of my debit account. However its like i've never bought it in the first place. still says how much it is to download, not in my prchased app area. Nothing, however money has been taken out of my account. It did decline the first time and several times after i bought it but thats only because i was trying to download it rather than buying it again. Kinda confused and wondering if anyone can help me 🙂
