Wanting to find a way to sync the email on my Macbook to my iPhone!

Hi All,

Im desperately wanting to find a way to sync the email on my Macbook to my iPhone. Im currently using a Hotmail account and I have no idea if this has the ability to sync between devices, but I would really like it to! Im not very tech savvy so some basic instructions of things to check would be very handy!

Can somebody help?
