Apple doesn't repair iPhones, they replace them. The information you have is pretty much as much as you're going to get.

what do you mean sir about as much as i can get? is the orig right?? if US not the manufacturer of iphone and what is? is theres no other way to find if the phone have damage repair before?

No. You can't find out if it's been repaired. As I said, Apple does not repair iPhones. They replace them.
iPhones are NOT manufactured in the US. They are manufactured in China for the most part, with some being manufactured in South America.
Perhaps you misunderstood and what they meant was that the phone was sold in the US.

Ask the seller because the phrase has no meaning. They probably meant that it was originally sold in the US.

If the serial number in Apple's Service and Support Coverage lookup returns the correct model information for the device, that would indeed indicate that the iPhone is genuine.
