I am having problems downloading hopto and microsoft word excel and power point on my ipad, i keep getting this notification saying the app couldnot be downloaded at this time please help, i need these apps.

Hopto requires iOS 6 or above. Excel and Powerpoint require iOS 7 or above.

Does your iPad meet these criteria ?

I have a similar problem in downloading Excel. I have iOS 8 but still cannot download Excel. I was successful with Word.

same here. Latest iOS and still no luck with excel. Word works

I am also having trouble downloading Excel but for my iPhone, not the iPad. Admittedly this is not so much of a problem because for iPad it's better, but it is irritating. A solution for this, Apple, would be great given it's now longstanding judging by the dates of these posts.
