Hello golfchino,

Thank you for the details of the issue you are experiencing with your email account on your iPhone. I have a few of suggestions for this:

First, I recommend quitting the Mail application on your iPhone using these steps:

  1. Double-click the Home button.
  2. Swipe left or right until you have located the app you wish to close.
  3. Swipe the app's preview up to close it.
    User uploaded file

iOS: Force an app to close

If the issue persists after quitting and relaunching the Mail app, I recommend the following steps (I recommend testing after each step to see if the issue is resolved):

  1. Restart your iOS device.
  2. Delete the affected email account from your device.
    • Tap Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars.
    • Choose the affected email account, then tap Delete Account.
    • Add your account again.
