Get specific text from an outlook message in automator

Hi,

I am trying to make an automater app pick words from an outlook messages and converts them into abriviations to be printed onto a label.

I know how to text input onto the label programm and print it off ect.

I know there is a "Get text from outlook" node but I want to be able to pick certain bits of texts from.

If anyone knows of some apple or shell script this would be of great help to me!
