So I pre ordered an album about a month ago and today it was supposed to release at midnight but the problem is, it didn't download and it shows that I have to pay again. It showed that it was pre ordered up until today "the release day" .

Hello beca5sos,

I would be eager to download and listen to my pre-ordered album I purchased as well. I found a couple of resources that might help with downloading this purchase.

First, I recommend checking to see if the download was interrupted. You can use the steps in the section titled "If your download was interrupted using your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch" in the following article:

iTunes: How to resume interrupted iTunes Store downloads

If the album does not download after following those steps, I recommend trying to download the album from your list of past purchases in the iTunes Store:

Download past purchases

If you are still not able to download the album, I recommend reporting this issue to the iTunes Store support team:

How to report an issue with your iTunes Store, App Store, Mac App Store, or iBooks Store purchase

Thank you for using Apple Support Communities.

Best,
