My phone died from power loss last week and ever since then the "invalid sim" message has been appearing. The phone service works for about 3-5 minutes immediately after I turn the phone on then it flashes invalid and becomes useless. I contacted virgin mobile and they sent me a new sim right away but it is still not working. Does anyone know what is wrong and what I can do?
