Why do I get "Safari.exe - Entry Point Not Found?"

I have a windows computer and installed Safari. Why do I continually received a pop-up stating:

"Safari.exe - Entry Point Not Found ...

The procedure entry point QTCF_CFHTTPMessageSetHeaderFieldValue could not be located in the dynamic link library QTCF.dll."

I can use Safari and get to the web sites I use it for, however that pop-up does not stop popping up no matter if I select "OK" or if I exit out.

I was hoping to download a new copy, but cannot seem to find where to do that?

Suggestions?
