Q: I bought Iphone 4 iCloud lock.What can i do?

Yesterday I bought iphone 4 16gb Black for 230 dolars second-hand.But when I put sim card apears that have No Signal. Then I restore the Iphone and I understood that is stollen.Wen I try to contact the first owner he speek ony german.Sory for my english but I am Bulgarian.

You can not do anything without the assistance of the previous owner, Apple can not help you.

    You can not use the phone you bought unless the previous owner unlocks it.

     

    Вие не можете да използвате телефона си купил, освен ако предишният собственик го отключва.

    Yes but I asked a frend ho speek german to call the phone, and raised 83 year old woman, from German and said he did not know a iphone and can not help me.Perhaps her son or grandson lost his phone and what I can do from now ? Can I write the support or something ?
