Emails sent to "@icloud.com, @mac.com, @me.com addresses are not delivered to the recipients...

Emails sent to "@icloud.com, @mac.com, @me.com addresses from my own company domain www.ivgsoft.com ("@ivgsoft.com") email system are not delivered to the recipients...

Even more I have tried to send messages from different email systems (Yahoo, MSN, Gmail) and they are also not delivered

I suspect recipients can not get messages to their iPhone & iPads, when they use MAC computers it is ok (in some cases)

I run online business and reply to my customers on their requests/orders by email, I do not care whether those messages are marked as spam or not, or whether it is iPhone & iPad software problem - I want my messages to be delivered well.

Note, "@icloud.com, "@mac.com", "@me.com" addresses are only domains I can not deliver emails

Why?

Please, resolve this problem or I will ban Apple domain i.e. "@icloud.com, "@mac.com", "@me.com" and will ask my customers to send request from normal and well working email domains.

Yep we are having this issue: sending email from our company mail server (gsuites). It has been going on for months now and I have tried to bring it up with apple support and they say that each end user with @mac @me or @icloud email addresses has to contact apple support individually and report the issue. We have had a number of them do this with no success...

I am seeing the same issue. Order emails placed on teacollection.com are not appering in the mailboxes of @icloud.com, @me.com and @mac.com addresses. I placed a test order wih my own iCloud email and replicated the issue.

Also logs from our servers show the iCloud mail servers responding with a status 250...

Usually when things are undeliverable, we’d have that error and would not get a status 250. Because it’s a status 250, they are in the hands of Apple, and seemingly going to spam somewhere there.

I contacted Apple Support and spoke with an Apple representative who acknowledged this is a known issue as of last week affecting a limited number iCloud Mail users. He could not provide me any another information, but simply confirmed they were aware of the issue and working to resolve it.

Anyone else experiencing this issue?
