Forgot PassCode Download errors

Hello!

So ye i did a restore to a random point which i didn't know when it where. I started my phone again and it wanted me to enter my passcode so i did the one i've always been using but it did not work. Also i cannot restore my iphone as the download (ios 7.1) (error code 9006) Always appears i've tried to upgrade itunes i've a stable internet connection. Though it always stops at diffrent times.
