facetime calls multiple phones

I have two iphones. An iphone 4, and a iphone 5. When i receive a facetime audio call on my iphone 5, the iphone 4 also receives this call. I have checked to see if there is a conflicting email adress or phone number which could cause this but to no avail. There is no known reason for the iphone 4 to be receiving the facetime audio call meant for the iphone 5. Both phones are on the same apple id. Is there any ways to solve this?

Yes, that is what i mean by i have checked to see if there is anything wrong with the send & receives. Also, to Tim, The caller does not have both numbers listed as the same contact. So i'm not sure whats going on, and due to the account being the "family" account and songs are shared amongst us we cannot have our own appleids for phone etc.
