pre-ordered... NEED HELP

I pre-ordered 5SOS "she looks so perfect" album about a month ago. It was released today, April 1,so i checked for the songs. It said that they were purchased but they are not in my music library. I signed out then back in to the account becuase I read online it works. But now its says i haven't bought the songs at all. Help! What do I do?
