Apr 1, 2014 5:47 PM in response to elatoplatoby Barney-15E,I don't see a English Canadian keyboard listed here, http://support.apple.com/kb/HT2841, but I would assume it might have the symbols on the keys like the English International, or it might have some of the French diacritical forms more easily accessable.
This site might have more info: http://www.minus40.info/ice/canadiankeyboard.html

I'm just setting up my new Macbook Pro and I'm supposed to choose between a U.S. and an English Canadian keyboard layout. Does anybody know what the difference is?
There appears to be no difference but pick Canadian if you are in Canada. I have both US and Canadian Macs and I can't tell any hardware difference. If I go to a PC however, there is a big difference because the left shift button is half size. Another reason to choose a Mac.
