iPad Safari need to click twice
I am using Safari in iPad Retina. I access the internet from the same room in which my wi-fi router is situated.
For my internet connection I use fibre broadband from EE via their Bright Box2 router.

When I click on a link to a website I find that quite often the page does not load even though the spinner is spinning merrily away but if I click the back button and click the link again the page loads immediately.
I have searched Google and this community and discovered that the problem is common on many OS. See below for examples.
With the issue being common to so many platforms I suspect that this is a DNS/prefetching issue but am loathe to tamper with things until I am sure it is not going to create problems.
Anyone got any tips? Anyone know of any app which will check like 'namebench' does? https://code.google.com/p/namebench/
