Theres a billing problem with the previous purchase

Are you aware of any problems with paying for a previous purchase ? If you owe iTunes money then that will need to be paid off before you can download anything else from the store, including free apps and app updates. Do you have a valid payment method on your account ?

I didn't purchase anything that pays money and if I did I paid for it on my iTunes gift card
