My iphone wont download any apps, download my emails, it wont even load some websites, also it won't load some apps sometimes. It started yesterday, i tried reseting my network but that didn't work. Here's what its saying

I deleted my internet history on my phone and it seemed to fix it for me. Was having the same issues before that and now pages seem to load fine
Download the app via iTunes Store on your computer. Then, sync the app to your iPhone using iTunes.
My iPhone 5 is having some what of the same trouble. Fails to connect to App Store, no websites are trusted (including email), my Instagram won't load either. Help?
i tried it and my phone is fully charged right now at 95% and it stil wont load the vine app also wont load a website.
