iPhone 5 touchscreen AND power button stopped working

Okay, long story...SO for a while my power button hasnt been working but I just used the assistivetouch as a substitute for that. Then, my phone cracked and I got the screen replaced (not by apple though) AND NOW my touch screen doesnt work and i cant restart or turn off my phone because my power button doesnt work and my touch screen doesnt work. HELP PLEASE
