Cannot Update Apps

So. I changed the email address for my apple id and now cannot update my apps. It refuses to let me change my apple id in the updates page. As I'm sure someone is going to ask/point out, I am well aware I cannot merge apple IDs. It still my original account, just with an email update. How can I fix this?
