Remote won't turn Apple TV on, even with new battery. Any ideas?
Anyone know how to turn Apple TV on without the remote? Doesn't seem to switch on with back up remote, or Apple remote with new battery
I had similar issues. Try using the remote app for ipod/iphone and/or unplug and plug in power cable then go to settings and pair the remote again. That worked for me.
