Can cells be added to a calculation with true or false buttom

In this table the cells with true (by activating the hook) shall be added in the totall calculation, only.

I was trying with the IF function but have not experience with this. 😕 When I deactivate the hook the item should be removed automaticly from the adding.

Is that possible?


Would somebody help me please?

Make the last row (with the total) a footer row by selecting that row and using the contextual menu from the row header. In this example row 11 is the footer row:

Now in cell E11 (in this example) enter the formula:

=SUMIF(A,TRUE, E)



Do NOT type the currency sign, use cell formatting:
