Hello, Very recently iTunes do not sync my note with outlook anymore

Hello,

I got a problem with syncing my iPhone 5, IOS 7.1 note with Outlook.

I check the sync Note with outlook then click apply. Then the check just disappears by itself and of course no sync occurs.

I did not have that problem before 7.1.

Also double click on the Home button does not bring up the running apps. Sometime I have to do it many times before they pop up.

Are these know issues with the latest iOS?
