Grabbing Photos and Videos for Managed Devices

Is anyone having issues grabbing photos and video off of managed student ipads on the latest ios??? We used to be able to pull work into the laptop that we used to configure them with. This no longer works.

In the meantime, we will continue to use dropbox and google drive.
