my apple ID has been disabled

Hello, i'm trying to connect app store and i cloud but it does not take my password. it asks me my password, im writing it, and than it say that its "disabled". important to mention: i have reset my password via Apple ID account from the iphone or from the computer, but it still doesnt take my new password again and again!

does anyone knows what can i do?
