iPhone 4 stuck in recovery mode (iTune Logo)

Hello everybody. I have iPhone 4 and it fell down some days ago. Now there are two problems. 1st one is that it is not starting without a charger and 2nd is its iOS is damaged. I tried everything but it is not working. I tried to restore but it came to that recovery mode again even i update it in DFU mode. And I try to manually update it. But same result. Please sombody help me with that. I need it badly.
