Factory unlocked iphone 4
I factory unlcoked my iphone 4 online. I took it to tmobile and they are the ones that gave me the website to use to factory unlock it. if i restore my iphone will it still be factory unlocked?

Only the carrier it is locked to can legally authorize unlocking it.
You can't get help here. (Unless, of course, the "website" they gave you was the website for the carrier it was locked to, and you submitted a request and had it legitimately unlocked by them.)
